Refunds & Returns

At Velorazee.com, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, weโ€™re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before submitting a return request.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 calendar days of receiving your order.

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging (with tags, if applicable)

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Intimate or sanitary goods (e.g., undergarments)

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (if applicable)


3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at:

We will respond with return instructions and a return address. Do not send your purchase back to us without prior approval.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

  • Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.


4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5โ€“10 business days.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

If rejected:

  • The item will be returned to you at your expense, or disposed of if not claimed.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@velorazee.com within 3 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you havenโ€™t received a refund after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider

  2. Contact your credit card company โ€” it may take time before your refund is officially posted

  3. Contact your bank โ€” processing time varies by institution

If youโ€™ve done all of the above and still havenโ€™t received your refund, please contact us at support@velorazee.com.


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, if they havenโ€™t been processed or shipped.

  • Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, email us at support@velorazee.com immediately after placing your order.
