5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโt received a refund after 10 business days:

7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or item, please return your original item and place a new order.
8. Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, if they havenโt been processed or shipped.

Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
