2. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates

We ship orders both domestically (within the United States) and internationally.

A. United States Shipping

  • Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: 1–2 business days (Available on select items)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather delays, courier issues, customs, etc.).

B. International Shipping

  • Standard International Shipping: 7–21 business days

  • Expedited International Shipping: 5–10 business days (if available in your region)

Customs processing times may vary by country and could affect delivery time.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your shipping address

  • Selected shipping method

  • Order weight and dimensions

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 USD (U.S. only).
Occasionally, we may offer free international shipping promotions.


4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • A shipping confirmation

  • Tracking number

  • Link to track your order in real time

Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after your order is shipped.


5. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

We are not liable for:

  • Packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

  • Damage incurred during transit

However, we will do our best to help you locate or resolve any shipping issues.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Velora Global LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


7. Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/insufficient address

  • Unclaimed at customs

  • Refusal of delivery

You may be responsible for the re-shipping costs. We will contact you via email if this occurs.


8. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to:

  • PO Boxes (for certain items or carriers)

  • Embargoed or restricted countries (as per U.S. export regulations)
